WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR INVITATIONS?
We offer A7 5"x7" size invitations and several other standard sizes of save the dates, insert cards, thank you cards, etc. Please see the stationery sizes page for details on sizes of invitations and other stationery pieces.

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED?
All flat printed items are available separately. Several letterpress packages are available that come with envelopes included. Envelopes are available printed with return address or blank.

WHAT PRINT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer commercial-grade digital offset printing and letterpress printing. Our products are printed on top of the line, commercial grade presses + equipment.

OUR INVITATIONS ARE ALREADY DESIGNED, CAN YOU JUST PRINT THEM FOR ME?
Because of the technical requirements of our pre-press and production process, printing user-submitted files is not available.

I SAW AN INVITATION THAT I WANT ON A WEBSITE/BLOG/PINTEREST, CAN YOU MAKE ME ONE LIKE THAT?

No; that's illegal copyright infringement.
We will not copy or recreate another designer's copyrighted design.
We will not create a derivative work using another designer's copyrighted design.
We will not incorporate other designer's copyrighted designs or patterns into our products.

Inquiries about copying, recreating another designer's work or creating derivative works using another designer's copyrighted design will generally not receive a response.

DO YOU OFFER POCKETFOLDS?
We don't carry pocketfolds. Our invitations are standard A7 5"x7" size which will fit inside many commercially available pocketfolds or similar enclosures. Please note that different manufacturers quote the sizes of their folders differently: some quote internal dimensions and some quote external dimensions. When sourcing your pocketfolds, please be sure to verify all dimensions to ensure a proper fit for your invitations, folders + envelopes.

HOW DO THE PROGRAM COVERS WORK?
We offer program cards and folded program covers (blank inside).

We do not print inside text pages of programs. Text pages can be printed yourself onto a sheet (or sheets) of text-weight paper which can be folded and inserted into the program cover. The text pages can be attached to the cover any number of ways depending on individual preference and the number of pages: with a few dots of glue at the crease for a single page, it can be stapled saddle-stitch style, hole punched and tied through with a ribbon, or simply tied around the spine of both the cover and inside pages.

Essentially any text-weight stock that you like can be used with the program covers. The covers fold to 5x7" and unfold to 10x7"so the text inserts can be laid out on standard 8.5x11' text (or any other size sheet) to be trimmed to a bit less than the unfolded dimensions (approximately 4.75 x 9.75"). If more internal pages are used then the page width should be trimmed more to accommodate the additional pages when folded.

Our program covers, as all of our products, are commercially printed on various high-quality paper stocks; we do not recommend running items through desktop home printers, copy machines or similar.

From time to time we may offer limited discounts, deals or promotions.

Promotions and discounts are not applicable to graphic design fees, proof fees or shipping. Promotional offers may not be combined and may not be applied over multiple orders.

CAN YOU SEND ME A PROOF/PREVIEW OF MY INVITATION BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER?
Because it takes a significant amount of time and work for our professional designers to typeset and personalize each of our products, we can only change the text and colors, etc. after you submit your order. As our designers prepare your proofs, they layout your submitted text making any necessary adjustments in spacing or sizing. None of your items go to press until you have reviewed and approve your pdf proofs.

CAN YOU SEND ME A PHYSICAL OR PRINTED PROOF/PREVIEW OF MY ORDER?
All proofs are sent as PDFs.

CAN I CHANGE THE WORDING?
Absolutely. You can enter all of your own text for each piece on the website as you prepare your order. Once you place your order, our professional designers will typeset everything with your supplied text and selected colors + fonts. Adjustments to the fonts, sizing, spacing, etc. are made as a matter of course by our designers as they typeset your proofs.

Please feel free to make any notes about how you would like the test to read/show in the special design instructions and our designers will be able to see them when they prepare your proofs.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE A FEW LINES OF TEXT?
No problem. You have the option to add two extra lines of text as you customize your items and we have flexibility to work with a bit more. As they prepare your proofs, our designers will adjust text and spacing as appropriate for the amount of text supplied. Please note that designs vary so some designs may not be able to accommodate as much text as others. It may not be possible to fit all desired text on a design.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS?
Yes. Any item may be ordered in any Delphine color for no extra charge. We have a great color chart to choose from when customizing your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE FONTS?
Yes. Any item may be ordered in any Delphine font for no extra charge. We have tons of fonts to choose from. Check out our font list.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?

We flat print on Signature Matte Smooth Bright White 110 lb., Premium 100% Cotton Bright White 118 lb., and Ultra Double-Thick Matte Bright White 220 lb. paper stocks. We letterpress print on Premium 100% Cotton Bright White and Off White 118 lb., Double-thick 100% Cotton Bright White and Off White 236 lb. and a variety of specialty colored stocks. CAN I GET SAMPLES?
Yes. So that you may see and feel the color and quality of our products, invitation samples are available. Ink color swatch cards are also available. Order samples and ink swatch cards on our samples page.

CAN YOU SEND ME AN INVITATION CATALOG?
Catalogs of our invitations are not available. On our website you can view all of our designs, see all of our colors + custom options and order samples.

HOW MUCH DO INVITATIONS COST?

DO I PAY WHEN I SUBMIT MY ORDER OR AFTER I APPROVE MY PROOFS?
Payment is processed upon placing your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

WHAT IS A PROOF?
A proof is a file image showing exactly how your items will be printed.

Proofs are extremely important because an approved proof/file is used directly to print the cards, envelopes and products you order.

Once you submit your order, proofs are emailed usually within 3 business days after you place your order. During peak times proofs may take up to 5 business days. PLEASE PROOFREAD SLOWLY AND VERY CAREFULLY: WE PRINT DIRECTLY FROM THE APPROVED PROOFS.

REVIEWING + APPROVING YOUR PROOFS
Careful client review of proofs is critical to ensure that all items are correct before being printed. Suggestions for reviewing your proofs include having multiple people review each proof separately and to read each proof backwards. Please remember to check stock choices, quantities and sizes. Required adjustments can easily be made by your designer before final proof approval. Client-requested changes including ink color and text changes altering the item/order as submitted will incur a $25 Fee PER PROOF. (Additional proof is no charge if Delphine is in err).
All changes require additional proof.

ONCE YOU APPROVE THE PROOFS, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REVIEW OF YOUR ORDER FOR SPELLING, PUNCTUATION OR CONTENT.

By approving your proofs you agree that you have reviewed all text for errors and omissions and that all text and design will appear exactly as shown and that the quantity indicated on the proof will be printed. Please note that proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of your order; any errors or omissions (e.g. typos) on the approved proofs are the responsibility of the client. Please note that we cannot accept returns of items printed according to approved proofs. Charges apply to any reprints of approved items.

Please note: Since devices, computers and displays can vary greatly and be calibrated differently, all colors viewed online and digitally should be considered approximate. Samples are available so that you can see colors and materials.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?
PROOFS + APPROVAL TIMELINE
Once you submit your order, proofs are emailed usually within 3 business days after you place your order. During peak times proofs may take up to 5 business days.

TURNAROUND + PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Flat-printed invitations and personal stationery take approximately 10-15 business days from FINAL PROOF APPROVAL to ship.

Add an additional two business days for orders with party + reception items (i.e. coasters, matches, napkins, stir sticks).

All of our products are custom printed to order with a variety of colors and materials. Printing and production of any particular order may depend upon several different factors. SHIPPING DATES ARE APPROXIMATE.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Changes to your order can be made any time before final proof approval. Orders that have been proofed and approved cannot be canceled.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders canceled anytime before proof approval will be processed for a 50% cancellation fee.

Orders that have been proofed and approved cannot be canceled.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
Because each piece is custom printed and is approved before going to press, we cannot accept returns.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We offer standard ground, express and overnight shipping. Standard (basic) shipping is UPS Ground. International packages will be shipped by either UPS or USPS. Additional international shipping charges may apply. International import taxes/duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

I'M ON A TIGHT TIMELINE, CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
Due to requirements for proofing and quality production, rush orders are not available.
Express shipping (3-day, 2-day and overnight) is available.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes. Additional international shipping charges may apply. International import taxes/duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?
All of our items are printed to order and our digital printing process is very efficient with very little waste. The letterpress process consumes very little energy. Our products are printed with great care on an antique letterpress by a talented craftsman in the USA.

Much of our stationery is printed on 100% cotton.
Cotton fibers are naturally brighter and more durable than wood fibers.
Cotton papers press better, cut better and last far longer than wood-based papers.
Cotton papers look and feel luxurious.
No cotton is grown to make our papers; virgin cotton is not used. The cotton that goes into our papers is reclaimed/recovered/recycled from the U.S. garment industry and would otherwise end up in a landfill.
Making paper from cotton is efficient:
• cotton is naturally brighter than wood, so the cotton paper making process requires less bleach, chlorine and other chemicals than to make wood-based papers
• cotton fibers are different than wood, so the cotton paper making process requires less water and less energy than making wood-based papers

Our other papers and envelopes contain a significant amount of post-consumer content (30%-100%).
