CAN YOU SEND ME AN INVITATION CATALOG?
Catalogs of our invitations are not available. You can view, request samples of and order invitations in the Invitations section of our website.
CAN I GET SAMPLES?
Yes. So that you may see and feel the quality and range of our letterpress invitations, our sample packages include several designs, multiple pieces from each design, multiple types of paper, envelopes and multiple ink colors.
Sample packages are $25, which will be deducted from the cost of your final order.
When ordering sample packages, please let us know if there is something in particular that you are interested in and we’ll be sure to include it in your package.

HOW MUCH DO INVITATIONS COST?
Prices vary according to design, print method, paper and envelope selection, the number of pieces and quantities of each. Please visit the letterpress or digital invitation sections of our website to generate a specific quote.
HOW LONG DO INVITATIONS TAKE?
Letterpress invitation orders usually take approximately 15 business days to process, print and ship from final proof approval. Digitally printed orders usually take 10 days from final proof approval.
We offer standard ground, express and overnight shipping. Rush orders are available - please contact us for details and production schedule.
Packaged goods usually ship within one or two business days.
WOULD YOU DESIGN SOMETHING JUST FOR ME?

Our design fees to create something from scratch for you start at $550 and vary according to the scope of the project. Please see our Couture design and printing page for details on the process.
I DESIGNED MY OWN INVITATION... CAN YOU PRINT IT FOR ME?
We'd love to. Please contact us to discuss the particulars. We’ll need properly formatted digital copies of the design (Illustrator or eps files preferred), along with the following info: ink color(s), size(s) of piece(s), quantity, paper preference and envelope preference. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with an estimate. Letterpress printing starts at about $500.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Changes to your order can be made any time before final proof approval. Orders that have been proofed and approved cannot be canceled.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders canceled anytime before final proof approval will be processed for a 50% cancellation fee.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
At delphine, we create the highest quality invitations and stationery that are custom-printed for you to your specifications.
Because each piece is custom printed and is approved before going to press, we cannot accept returns.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?
At delphine, we feel that eco-consciousness is fundamental to good design. We are pleased to say that we have not changed a single thing about our materials, our processes or our company to meet the growing interest in eco-friendliness; our products have always been environmentally responsible.
Much of our invitation line and stationery is printed on 100% cotton.
Cotton fibers are naturally brighter and more durable than wood fibers.
Cotton papers press better than wood, cut better than wood and last far longer than wood-based
papers.
Cotton papers look and feel luxurious.
No cotton is grown to make our papers; virgin cotton is not used. The cotton that goes into our
papers is reclaimed/recovered/recycled from the U.S. garment industry and would otherwise end up
in a landfill.
Making paper from cotton is efficient:
-since cotton is naturally brighter than wood, the cotton paper making process requires less bleach,
chlorine and other chemicals than the wood-based paper making process
-since the fibers are different than wood, the cotton paper making process requires less water and
less energy than to make wood-based paper
Our other papers contain a significant amount of post-consumer content (30%-100%), and many of our colored papers come from mills run on hydro-electric power.
We use hand-mixed, soy inks.
The letterpress process consumes very little energy. Our products are printed with great care on an antique letterpress by a talented craftsman in southern California.

Any personal information you provide to us is kept confidential and is used only to communicate with you, to fulfill your order and to support your experience with delphine. This information is not shared with or sold to any other outside party that is not involved in providing delphine products and services.
You may request to get the scoop on various delphine updates, products or promotions. Only delphine will send you this information and you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
delphine has security measures in place to protect from the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. When you purchase products through our website, all of your contact and credit card information is secured through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
