FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can reach us by phone, fax and e-mail on business days until 5 p.m. PST. Our design studio is located in Rancho Santa Fe, California (just north of San Diego). Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Wholesale catalogs and information are available to qualified retailers. Please fax a copy of your resale license and current contact information to us at 858/759-7182. A wholesale web-portal is in the works and will be active shortly.
Catalogs of our invitations are not available. You can view, request samples of and order invitations in the Invitations section of our website.
Press kits and materials are available to members of the media; please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail to request them. A media web-portal is in the works and will be active shortly.
Prices vary according to design, print method, paper and envelope selection, the number of pieces and quantities of each. Please visit the Invitations section of our website to generate a specific quote.
It would be our pleasure to work with you. Simply give us a call at the studio, or shoot us an e-mail to get started. Our design fees to create something for you from scratch start at $550 and vary according to the scope of the project.
We'd love to. Please contact us to discuss the particulars. We’ll need properly formatted digital copies of the design (Illustrator or eps files preferred), along with the following info: ink color(s), size(s) of piece(s), quantity, paper preference and envelope preference. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with an estimate. Print fees start at about $500.
Any information you provide us is kept confidential and is used only to support your experience with delphine. This information is not shared with or sold to any other outside party that is not involved in providing delphine with products and services.
