PLACING ORDERS
Custom wedding invitation and stationery orders may easily be placed using our online customizer, by phone, fax or email.
Packaged goods are available in our online stationery boutique, by phone, fax or email.

PAYMENT
Payment is processed upon placing your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
PROOFS/APPROVAL
Because computer monitors and web browsers vary, the online preview of your invitations may not appear to be spaced or aligned perfectly. Not to worry; your order will not be printed until your proof looks perfect and you approve it!
Once you place your order, one of our professional graphic designers will typset your invitations and stationery with the text and information that you have provided to ensure that the design, layout and spacing is proper and ready for press.
Within 3 business days (usually sooner) we will email you a pdf typesetter’s proof for your careful review and approval.
PLEASE PROOFREAD SLOWLY AND VERY CAREFULLY: WE PRINT DIRECTLY FROM THE APPROVED PROOFS..
WHAT IS A PROOF?
A proof is a file image showing exactly how your items will be printed.
Proofs are extremely important because an approved proof is used directly to generate the printing plates that print your invitations and stationery.
ONCE YOU APPROVE THE PROOFS, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REVIEW OF YOUR ORDER FOR SPELLING, PUNCTUATION OR CONTENT.
By approving your proofs you agree that all text and design will appear exactly as shown and that the quantity indicated on the proof will be printed. Please note that proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of your order and to make minor adjustments to layout, punctuation, etc. Two rounds of proofs are included with each order at no charge. Changes, including typesetting, incur additional proof fee of $25 per proof. Of course, additional proof is no charge if delphine is in err.
CHANGES
Changes to your order can be made any time before final proof approval. Orders that have been proofed and approved cannot be canceled.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders canceled anytime before final proof approval will be processed for a 50% cancellation fee.

PRODUCTION
Please note that letterpress and digital printing are very different printing methods; colors will appear slightly different when flat printed or letterpressed.
Please note that colors can vary slightly between different press runs (within the same print method), we recommend ordering all of your customized pieces together (invitations, menu, thank you, etc.) whenever possible.
DELIVERY
Letterpress invitation orders usually take approximately 15 business days to process, print and ship from final proof approval. Digitally printed orders usually take 10 days from final proof approval.
We offer standard ground, express and overnight shipping. Rush orders are available - please contact us for details and production schedule.
Packaged goods usually ship within one or two business days.
RETURNS
At delphine, we create the highest quality invitations and stationery that are custom-printed for you to your specifications.
Because each piece is custom printed and is approved before going to press, we cannot accept returns.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within California.
PRIVACY
Any personal information you provide to us is kept confidential and is used only to communicate with you, to fulfill your order and to support your experience with delphine. This information is not shared with or sold to any other outside party that is not involved in providing delphine products and services.
You may request to get the scoop on various delphine updates, products or promotions. Only delphine will send you this information and you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
delphine has security measures in place to protect from the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. When you purchase products through our website, all of your contact and credit card information is secured through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
